Aged

Appearance: light copper color with hints of cinnamon, transparent with a good amount of glycerol. On the nose: with a complex aroma where vanilla and honey notes stand out and a slight aroma of fresh tobacco. On the palate: it is warm with good taste persistence, where the notes of cocoa and vanilla stand out with a slight hint of wet straw. The Result: it is a mezcal worthy of the best tables and ideal to accompany desserts with chocolate and, without a doubt, as a digestive after a meal.
